Our development team is still in need of information from players, so that they may replicate this issue. The best way to do this is for you to submit a bug report, to explain the issue and how it happened in your own words.

    To report a bug in-game:

    1. Navigate to your settings Screen
    2. Click on 'Submit Feedback'
    3. Select a Category (Comment, Bug, Other) and enter text explaining the bug you currently have or feedback you have about Defiance.

    Please know that it is important for the bug report to come from your character. Not only does it allow you to explain the issue in detail, in your own words, it will also automatically attach critical pieces of character information to your bug report for our QA team to review.

    This is EXACTLY what they told me. So I submitted a bug report even though they don't need it. The MUST know its an issue if no one can complete it. They will probably fix it when they fix the chat On the positive side, at least finishing this pursuit doesn't give rewards that won't be available to future players. I haven't missed a pursuit yet and I'd be kind of sad if this one gave out a one of a kind vehicle or title or something.

    I submitted a bug report and a ticket using the game. I did get this response:

    Weird, I didn't get any response at all.

    Did you just submit a bug in game, or do something else to get their attention?

    just to follow up the issue is finally resolved for me, I used the in-game client to report the problem to the support desk and explained my problem under "Arkfall/Sieges" and now the episode Volge Incursion is completed (took 4 business days to get the issue resolved from the day I sent in the ticket)

    I would suggest to anyone still having a problem to submit a ticket using the in-game settings>support desk>new issue to try to get Volge Violence advanced/cleared so you can complete the episode

    I submitted a bug and a ticket in game using the built-in support system.

    I just have the problem of server being disconnected any time I enter a siege or coop battle. I get close to the end and it shuts down so all the progress I made during the battle is lost. On a side note I find the mutants yelling die and open wide very annoying and repetitive. If they have nothing new to say have them at least shut up. Yeah I know trivial but it really annoying.lol
