Honestly the few posts you made that I read let me wonder if you are just trying to troll or simply fail a lot. Valves Digital Distribution Platform is named Steam. A stream is a flow of various things, be it data -> twitch.tv or water -> river or anything.

Since the weapon stats don't change much over EGO levels, it should be usable for the life of your character.

I bought it through Steam for the rewards and and I love to have my game library and CD keys in one place.

I bought mine on Steam I prefer it over Origin and never tried GoG site. Plus all my other games are on steam so it was a no brainer for me.
