Trion I really hope the weapons we get on the NA PSN Server are orange for all the Crap we have been through the last few days after the DLC patch/bug. I purchased Season pass a few months ago. I think it would make us a little less up set about what happened this week, which I'm not going to go into details but you's where bad, bad, people. By the way I'm a trained CNS technician and your servers are not up 99% of the time for the gamers. 1 to 5% downtime would be fine but Tuesday you had your server was offline about 60-70% of the day. Why????? Nothing worked when it came back online. Like I have said it is owed to us that you make it up to the gamers on PS NA who did not get hold of support chat line to get a heads up on everyone else that got the payed for content in the last few days acting like spoiled childern. I'm just asking for a little comp in digital format for your screw ups. I don't think it is unreasonable.

yup...you will get 1 blue weapon, 2 green weapons, 1 outfit, 1 black/red 4 person vehicle, and 1 character respect token.

total of 6 items....thats what i got yesterday as well

What I think we all really deserve.

Hey there Moloch. We have discussed this in game numerous times and I can't agree more, however I would like to take it a step further.

I believe that all players, at this time, should be granted the DLC. Those who purchased this ahead of time should be granted an additional DLC.

Those with seasons passes should get this as a freebie and receive the next 5 as part of their pass purchases.

All this time, the one thing that Trion has not done is recognize the value of the actual time of its players. That time should not come at our cost and expense. While I understand that there are fears that the 5 DLCs will not be released this year in total, I feel it important that Trion not only give a show of confidence for the future of this game, but take steps to ensure players know they are valued.

Now I know many will respond to this stating, "I paid for it. Why should everyone get it?"
You are in a sense correct, but if Trion cannot deliver on the full DLC then won't you be pushing for a full refund anyway?
How can you get that done if part has been applied.

If a player does not agree then they should have two options.

Option 1) Guaranteed legendary charge weapons and blade as my good friend has suggested. (in other words your DLC purchase becomes a weapons upgrade and frankly I believe most players would do this. *Hint* *Hint* Trion this will cost you NOTHING)

or

2) Standard pack with the option of 1 additional complimentary DLC for those who have already made the purchase.

As a final message to Trion in this post; Please bear in mind that many of the people outraged by this are ones who have already spent over $20 in bits for boost, loot bonuses, apparel or other items. Some of these players have spent in excess of $200 over the last few months. Would you rather keep that income coming in? or lose your valued customers over a $10 mistake?
Many of use have done extensive tests and believe that our "bonus loot" perks are a bit of a sham as we have noticed drop quality rates go down in conjunction with "drop increases." i.e. more stuff but less quality to compensate.
I can't verify this 100% but those of us who ground out millions in resources to feel our time wasted, feel we should be doing better than the occasional slot machine by now.
It's not compensation for lost time if we don't have a means of progression.

well you do get to play the dlc part....i mean this is what the dlc includes.

That's the dlc in a nutshell lol just add the horde mode arena and casti and you got the whole list. Only most of it can be gotten in the bits store ..... it's more of a bundle pack really.
