    Still no DCL???

    I thought you said it was fixed? I purchased the DCL pack way back when I purchased the game. I even verified it in an earlier contact with TRION support. Yet here I sit today, still with no PAID DCL. I rebooted the system three (3) times starting from scratch (after you said it was all fixed). Nothing in the in game store, nothing in the checkout, nothing in the claim items, nothing in my inventory, and no arena icons on the map. I submitted a ticket but they said they were swamped and it will take a long time to get to my request. You said to report problems. Well this is a PROBLEM.

    I THINK I can tell you how to see the arena icon on the map. If you are currently in a mission, it doesn't seem to show. Abandon your current mission and you should see it down near Top Notch tool works on the coast.

    Have you deleted the DLC and tried downloading it again? I had to clear my cache and redownload the DLC to access it. When I went to play it after the patch dropped it didn't show for some reason or another and after I downloaded it a second time it was fine. Also, have you tried reinstalling the game? My brother got a pop-up on his Xbox saying he had to install the game to play AFTER he got the DLC and it took him about an hour, but he is able to play the game and do the DLC stuff. Just a suggestion.

    this is TOTAL bullsht.

    i contacted the support team at 8am this morning they couldn`t do shiit, And now they still cant do ANYTHING

    but apparently everything is available for people who recently purchased the pass.
    this is total ccrap

    hey guys PAID SEASON PASS HOLDERS STILL DONT HAVE THE DLC. YET YOU MAKE IT AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO JUST BOUGHT IT FIRST??


    you also said to contact support, well i did this a 8am on the dot. The support, yeah they didnt do anything, they said we were misinformed and that chat support wasnt able to help me in any way.

    Correct - IT's NOT FIXED. The splash page when you start the game says it is, but they LIE a lot.

    Just rediculous. Now we have gone beyond. Trion, my advice: get your act together. All it takes is one person filing a class action & you're in deep (not saying me, but others might be less patient or more tired of the lack of fulfillment of guarantees)... There is a LOT of people that have shelled out a LOT of hard earned cash and when you add up the total amount of dollars you know it adds up to a small fortune (players w/ unfulfilled purchases of season pass x $40 usd + players with unfulfilled DLC1 purchases x $10 usd = a lot more dollars than you want to be sued for...). Not saying this as a flame but as advice... I hope you get it fixed and soon because everyone in the gaming world sees the level of ire & disappointment w/ your performance and that doesn't bode well for future business endeavors on your end...

    You said the servers are coming down for stability and connection fixes. Does this include a fix for the paid DLC?

    You guys say its fixed on the defiance character Page. Yet i have nothing still? some Knowledge on the situation only seems fair, and i mean properly informed information like a real answer instead of soon, or were working on it.

    it is now the weekend, and im pretty sure you guys do know every single one of us has the complete and total right to be pissed off beyond words.

    if you're on the PS3... try this... if you're not... ignore it. (if you already tried it, someone else said it took three restarts of the game to actually show)

    Here is how I got the Paid content...

    1. From the character select screen, push up on the D-Pad. This connects to the store.
    2. Choose download, it's free since it's paid for.
    3. Exit game, need to re-run the patcher. It's quick and seemless.
    4. Enter game, claim items.

    If it's not there for you yet, my apologies, but I have it now.
