log into the game hit up for the pack it worked for me. then restart the game. even like the raptor colors better than store colors

Try deleting your patch then reload it it worked for me yesterday logged back in and had 6 items to claim in defiance store

On the char load screen you have to hit the up dir button as if to buy it. It'll say "free" for price and you DL it. Then quit game, restart and items will be in Store Claims. Not very intuitive I must say.

even still you have to wait for a message to pop up saying thank you you may now quit the game.

I just tried this, and it works. Finally have all of my items. Yay!
