It's people who bought before dlc launch day that are having the issue and I have the content but not my starter pack, vehicle, character change, and outfit

Regular timeouts, major lag and some times having to wait upto 5 minutes on zone changes. as for dlc, I purchased the season pass some time ago through the play station store. I have heard many reports about what some people have received but all I have seen is a hat (and not a very good one at that)

i know nothing popped up for me till i went to the in game store and checked that lil pop up talking about the dlc. it said free in the corner so i figured what they hell. hit x, it said thanks and i started gettin stuff. im really hopein it dosent charge me anything considering i had the season pass

Hey guys,

We have cleared up a number of issues with our first DLC but a couple still remain. This is the official thread where we'll be updating you as we work on and fix those issues.

We are currently working on the issue where folks who bought the DLC/Season Pass before launch day cannot access their content.

We are also still monitoring and working out timeout issues. If you experience these, please post here so we can look into it.

i am still waiting and i bought both the season pass and the dlc

I have not gotten any of the things that I should have gotten with buying the season pass. On top of that since the down time today I have been timed out 5 times in less than 5 minutes

I'm still missing my dlc starter pack and raptor vehicle along with the character change. I have the ultimate edition
