the arenas are realy glitch and more then half the time I try to access one I get kicked scope and other mods disappeared the social aspect of the game clans etc are not working and Iif I play an hour or so I get booted freeze or timed out atleast 20 times that's insane instead of messing with things that work like saw damage infectors and breaking the game fix known broken issues instead it makes why mess with working issues and cause more problems fix the game and why did you get greedy and take away our clan boosts not only did mods disappear for me the slots to put them in have to be repurchased and I have friends that are having the same issues some even worse please fix what could be a great game and compensate all of us loyal fans that got season passes with boosts at the very least 50percent loot and savage for a month would be nice start

Just to show it isn't all bad. For me the DLC downloaded the first time with no problems. It took a couple of hours since I don't have the fastest internet connection but it worked. I logged out and back in and all my stuff was in the store, except I don't remember a hat. I preordered the Ultimate edition for XBOX and I'm on the NA servers. Except for late Wed night, I have been able to play without many problems. I've gotten booted off a few times, but no more than pre-patch. For some reason the game doesn't seem to like my driving.

I still don't have my DLC items, however, I am able to access the paid portion of the DLC.

I just purchased the DLC pack from the PSN store (NA) and it will not download. The item shows as "purchased", the money was taken from my wallet, and the transaction show in my history on My Account Management. I have rebooted the PS3 twice since purchase and still cannot download from the PSN screen showing the product. I get a moving vertical line thing on the screen for a second, then nothing.

Please help. Thanks.

I was thinking to post about the fact that we can choose our server... thank you Trion.
It took time but finally you did it.

But do you realize how bad you deal with this game? none of my friend continue to play...
the few who try to come back are discouraged (no dlc ect...)

4 more dlc like that? and the new consoles coming... to be honest, even if I like this game I will be happy to send back my season pass and just forget about it.
I will remember Trion as an imaginative compagny who can't deal with their product... and I won't recommand your product, preorder anything....
It's crazy guys... just the fact to be always checking somewhere about why nothing work... I am tired.

So I ve got an ulitmate edition (yea I know how dum), one account, a character on each server, I am playing on xbox.
Nothing in the claim section.
I can enjoy the arena.
If I create a new character I can make him Calisthan.

OK, nvm, got it. Apparently there is no actual download once the pack is bought from the store. For anyone else.... After buying, go into the game and push up on the d-pad on the character selection screen. This brings up the DLC page in the PSN store. If you already bought it, there should only be two options "O" for back and "X" for K (or something like that). Select "O" to go back and you'll get a window that says something along the lines of "If you bought the DLC please log out and back it....". I did that and everything was there - claim items and first arena mission on the map.
