Season pass EU PC, still no DLC items

Bought season pass on 7/18 from Trion for PC and still no dlc items - nothing... zip nada

Was able to log into PS3, select the up on D-Pad, selected the DLC. Logged out, logged back in.

Checked the map, mission pop'd like on the alpha server. Checked items in store, but 0 claim items. Should be 2 charge weapons, an outfit, and the raptor, right?

Notes:
Server seemed really lagged. Jumped in on a Dark Matter Arkfall, running into things that hadn't spawned yet left and right. Finally made it to the arkfall, where there wasn't anything there. People just driving around. Big red circle stayed on the map and no arkfall spawned.

We are also still monitoring and working out timeout issues. If you experience these, please post here so we can look into it.

I'm still getting timed out a LOT. When I try to get back in, it take a good 6-10 errors before it finally lets me back in. Rather irritating.

I just remembered something. Are you guys looking into Character load issues as well? I have gotten timed out from the game a few times over Character Load issues. Not sure how, but it only happened after the DLC was released.

UPDATE! As of Friday evening, we have improved stability (which should help with the timeouts) and have restored the Season Pass/DLC to all purchasers. If you still don't have your DLC, please chat support and they'll set you up. Everyone else who wants to purchase should also be able to buy on your platform of choice.

Got my season pass items. Also, I was able to complete 2 arenas during peak activity hours. Completely satisfied all my issues have been addressed. Thanks for the better communication.

I don't understand why the people who preordered this game months ago get jacked. I still don't have anything in my claims store and now I have to do extra work to get what I paid for.
