Well I must be bugged or something.Ive played 5 hours the past couple of days (was working ) and ive yet to see a Volge siege.

I kid you not. Kept in the area of the New side mission markers etc and watched map but nothing.

Yeah the Volge Sieges are so few and far between I've sat for an hour before waiting for one to start. I can't say how long you may have to wait, I have no experience on the EU server, but on NA, the sieges are not announced. But displayed on the map as what looks like a large Transformers icon. So you have to flip back to the map quite a bit, they don't last very long either, and are on a countdown timer of like 10-15 minutes I forget the exact time. The map doesn't refresh on NA either so if you just have it open while watching a movie or something, while waiting on a siege, a siege may popup and not display on the map until you close it and reopen it.
