TRION says no Refunds for servers down

I think that since TRION says they will not be able to give refunds for when their servers go down I think that they should give some sort of recompense because it is their fault. Everyone PC PS3 and Xbox should join together to let TRION know that we pay for our upgrades and we should get what we pay for, I am not saying that boycott I am just wanting everyone to send in one message every time they play that many people wanting a reply should let them see we deserve something for what we paid for. So every one outraged about should make it be known.

were being used as beta testers that payed premium money for the honer to have our time wasted you notice how greedy they are to taking away clan boosts its a shame the social clan groups etc is severly broken instead of fixing game breaking bugs they mess with stuff like saw damage wich was fine and break the game even more ive spent hundreds on this game and 80 percent of the time I try to play its frustratingly broken not fair they should give all of us that bought the season pass at the very least 2 weeks of full boosts theyre letting greed ruin what could be a great game but you can never get to play and do some story missions and new areas for dlcs not just lame arenas if youre gonna copy borderlands atleast get it right lol

I would just like some boosts for the weekend, I miss those shiny fields sparkling with blues, purples, greens, you know? I'm certainly not outraged at Trion or the game, love it and the community of course ;-)

7. VIRTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that Trion retains the unfettered right to modify its Game(s) and all aspects of characters, items, points and coin, including Virtual Currency, therein. You acknowledge that Trion has been, is, and will be constantly making changes to its Game(s). You further acknowledge that Trion can and will, in its discretion, modify features, functions or abilities of any element of any of its Game(s) or Virtual Items (which may, among other things, make the Virtual Items substantially more valuable, effective or functional, or less valuable, effective or functional, more common or less common, or eliminated entirely). You acknowledge and agree that all Virtual Items represent a limited license right as governed by the terms of this Agreement, and are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from Trion at any time.

Trion may offer the option to purchase Virtual Currency with “real world” money. Once acquired, Virtual Currency can only be used to license a variety of Virtual Goods offered by Trion; it has no cash value. Virtual Items may also be granted by Trion on a free, promotional or sale basis or, in certain circumstances, earned through gameplay. Free and/or promotional Virtual Items offered by Trion may be expired at Trion’s sole and absolute discretion at any time.
