I love DLC 1 but lets talk about DLC 2

I think your expectations are too high. Remember the current "team"(and I use that term very loosely) left remaining from the original 150 that worked to bring you this first dlc is just a sliver of a fraction of the original(ie handful).

Dont expect that small set of folks to be able to produce something the same or better than now and in a signficantly shorter time frame. At worse you'll have braced yourself accordingly or be pleasantly surprised otherwise.

True, I don't expect more content in the next dlc, but would like it.

My lack of buying the DLC has no bearing on my manners.

I've also stated my reasoning on the DLC long before it was ever released and made it known to Trion that I would not be buying it.

I may catch it on a sale down the road however.

Alright, I'll just say it, Thanks for the DLC. I've had some issues, lag disconnects, etc, overall I've enjoyed the DLC drop. Good work on some aspects of it, the sieges have been great fun. Haven't managed to catch a Dark Matter big arkfall but am looking forward to it.

Just hang in there Defiance team, fix the issues and stomach the flak. It's been a rough road and may get rougher before it clears up.

As for anyone having issues with it, I do hope it clears up soon and we can all get to having a good time free of aggrivation.

That said, let all the hate rain down, as I'm sure will, as I dare be even slightly positive.

I didn't want to play either a human or Irathient so waited til this DLC to play. Glad I did. The UI is so much better and the game seems better optimised too. I used to experience overheating and disconnects but that's all gone now. Marvellous.

Like the new casti's too. Still working on getting the charge blade but they look cool.

Thoughts on next DLC....

I agree with those saying it needs to be beefier. Having so drastically reduced the price the game is now almost free to play. Box sales can't form the bulk of revenue. That means either making the cash shop more evil (please no!) or making the DLC's sufficiently substantial that a large proportion of players buy them.
