According to steam the game will unlock in 23 hours... Which should be April 2nd noon-ish.

both steam, and the launcher lies. intial intent was 8AM est launch, but they changed it to a midnight release

Time was officially announced as: 2 April 12:01AM EDT, that is 04:01AM GMT.

Correction to that so us british do not get confused. It is 05:01 AM current British time that the servers come up. Our clocks just went forward.

So, with that said, there are close to a hundred threads with this information if you had searched for it. A few even have a clock that say 8:29 remaining.
