Still haven't completely decided, but Cloak is what I used in the beta.

Between Cloak and Overcharge.

I saw or I think I saw a vid of someone using cloak AND overcharge at the same time, may have just been wishful thinking

Overcharge all the way for my first power. It saved my arse a bunch of times when playing solo in beta 3. Either Blur or Cloak for my second.

STEALTH, it looked like you can quickly go in and out of it (until it runs out) and that seemed awesome, especially for shotguns. Although I will more than likely use Sniper and Pistol still awesome for PVP.

It's between cloak and overcharge, but I think I will go for cloak on a scavenger for starters

Yes i liked that a lot about cloak to. Used overcharge to and that one stops when it runs out.
