I hope FF is better then the Beta because I Beta Tested the newer one and won't be buying it when it comes out.

I'll check it out for the first free month because I bought the original 3 years ago. No matter how good the game might be, I won't be paying SquareEnix a monthly fee.

PS3 is practically dead. It's bad enough that communication is awkward and few people are around to play with, but now I can't even invite people to my clan. I've had clan issues since april which this dlc fixed only to break something else. This game isn't making any progress and I don't feel comfortable spending any more money after I already blew 60 bucks on an unfinished game.

The Final Fantasy Beta reminded me of every single thing I hate about most MMO's. Every minute of every hour spent aiming at some random enemy, waiting for it to die, and then doing it all over again. I stopped playing the beta when I realized I was going to have spend about 30 minutes in the same square foot waiting for the same mob to respawn just so I could kill it 7 more times before I could level up to the next mission.

Defiance has flaws, but it least it never made me feel like I was grinding in such a meaningless fashion.

As for Defiance - I was waiting for the DLC issues to be fixed, will probably hop back in over the next couple of months, and then wait to see if they can produce some DLC with some real teeth to it.

If they don't fix the lag out error soon I'm going to just quit. Out of the last dozen or so major arkfalls i've participated in since the patch i've managed to stay connected all the way through twice and outside of arkfalls I seem to time out every half hour or so especially if i've been moving around the map alot. The server can't seem to keep up with me and I'm not the only one. I hope destiny doesn't have this problem.
