DLC 2 must open map and arleast 50 side missions

Trion this dlc, for the time took is to shot of content to say the laest . Most players want to keep playong but combing the same map for months on end, well is boring . Please take this advice and give us what we NEED ( want is no longer a point) because at this point most have logged back played all 190 minuates of content and moved on. I love this game but when you seen and done everything ( story 3 times ) it just gets boring .
Do not like the game stop playing
Do not like Defiance why are you here?

Side missions?? The last thing this game needs is more side missions. What this game needs is tons more content in general. This game needs new land to explore, new enemies, 10 more kinds of Arkfalls, 10 more types of sieges, 20 to 30 more co-ops of increasing difficulty as you level up.

This game more than anything needs content that unlocks as you level. Players need a reason to keep leveling because right now there is zero reason to level up your EGO. Having content that unlocks as you level is what makes players want to keep playing. This game needs 16 player raids, 20 or more of them, that unlock as you level up. This game needs vertical progression, something to work for. We need purple and orange mods that unlock as you hit a certain high level..so you can be tougher and tougher as you unlock harder and harder content as you level up.

Side missions is exactly what I don't want. That is exactly what I expect of Trion, to come out with 50 side missions and tell us it's tons of content. lmao It seems that Trion has brainwashed you into thinking side missions are actually good content. lol

    To the person above me:

Verticle progression would kill this game. But it does need unlocks as you level, that much I agree with.

new *types* of guns need to become available as you level, not more powerful ones.

I don't see the OP's missions happening. The next DLC is like, late October. Between bug fixes and limited staff, that would be next to impossible.

I would expect either a bank, in-game mail or an exchange of some kind in the next DLC. I don't think there is enough time to program and test out all three.

A vehicle of some kind would be in the DLC. My money would be on the dirtbike. If that's the case, they would be smart to add dirtbike challenges that are free to the public, but the DLC comes with a pursuit they can do to win their own stylishly cool motorcycle.

Probably an outfit. Again, if the vehicle is a dirtbike/motorcycle, the outfit would be something on biker flare.

Certainly a weapon. Something we don't have yet in the game.

One or two Co-Op maps. If they are smart, they'll design it so it can also be used as a PvP Capture and Hold map.

This is what I think you are likely to see in the next DLC. Free content added to the game would be things dealing with the UI. I'd expect another change to the chat window. A new way to manager and tag your inventory(no sell / scrap queues). Hopefully a highlight system for active weapon synergies and the ability to remove mods without losing the weapon.

I have heaps of side missions to do and no intention to do them. The issues are they are boring and you don't need to do them. They don't give you loot/keys you need, don't give you XP you need more efficiently than other things etc.

Progression in the game is seriously flawed - not saying that you need vertical progression, however it feels as if there is no progression in this game above a very low EGO level.

I'd love to have most of the things RealHoosier07 listed, but I doubt it will ever happen. Most of that list should have been done on release. It would take a solid year of development to bring in what he is requesting.

i doubt you will see more than two new maps, be they Co-Op or PvP, per DLC release.

No vertical progression won't kill it

Vertical progression would NOT kill this game. PVP should be seperate and not affected by it. PVE content SHOULD be vertical so things always get harder and your gear always gets better. We need something to work towards, and right now there is nothing. Besides getting that next good gun, there is nothing else to work for. This game has so much potential and I enjoy playing it, but I wonder how much longer I can take playing a game that is starting to feel like it has no point. I'm playing and leveling, but for what? What am I getting for leveling up? I know all of that stuff I mentioned won't happen, but I can always hope. We should have so many co-ops and raids that we can play 20 co-op maps and still not repeat a single one. We need so many Arfalls and Sieges that you might play for a few days and not see some of the different ones. We need raids with up to 16 people.

Maybe if I say it enough it will come true! LOL

You may be right about what is in the next DLC, because Trion has shown that they have no imagination. If the things you mention are the things in the next DLC, then this game is done. Those things are neat and cool and all, but we need content and tons of it. Some sort of progression that rewards you for leveling up. A new dirt bike and challenges for it are kinda fun for a minute, but overall it's a dumb thing to worry about if your the developers. If they want this game to make it, they have to step up...and STEP UP BIG. This DLC overall was a joke. A vehicle for 4 players that is so slow it's horrilbe driving it around. The charge blades and weapons are a cool addition, I like those.

My problem is that the only content that was added for PVE is a really disappointing Battle Arena. The Arenas should have been co-op and been small maps instead of a circle room(boring!) and horde mode and unlimited rounds. The Arenas as new content is a disappointment.

The only other content was one new major arkfall and the Sieges. The Sieges only spawn once per hour I think, so our new content is very limited. The DarkMatter Arkfalls are really good, but one new major arkfall is unacceptable. Our content in DLC 1 was absolutely horrible and I would be embarassed if I were the developers. Whoever thought this game up had a brilliant idea and the game has great gameplay and mechanics, but the lack of imagination by the developers seems to be what is going to kill this game. I hope I am wrong, but I don't think I am. If we dont get tons of new content in the next couple months, this game will die. I would hate that because I don't want this game to be that game I look back on and say "What could have been"

This is one of the major fails: there is NO challenge.
Character progression (all kinds of them - equipment and ego) must be much more meaning and long. And game must have content to use this progression, because no need in progression if you can death ride over all the things with near default equipment without any perks.
