Talked to Trick - Raptor is actually the second fastest car in the game (at top speed) but definitely takes a lot more time to get up to speed. It's really big, too, which doesn't help that feeling.

Is there a hidden speed statistic? I've compared the stats on the rollers I have and the raptor only only beat 3 vehicles in boost speed 2 dunis and my nomad. Mind you this was only boost speed. Its base speed stat is inferior to every single roller I own.

Now now, we still need the game to expand outside of DLC, but the DLC needs to feel special. The first one was more like a Jack in the Box, but with a little mirror that springs out, making the DLC owners the clowns..

Every other problem with the Raptor could be ignored, if it was only Cerberus classed vehicle and at least as tough as the challenger. I think we could handle it being a slow pig, if there were SOME/ANY compelling reason to use the thing.

Right now, there isn't. A pair of Duni or quad of quads are FAR more entertaining as well as faster (and safer due to speed/agility dodging emergencies)

Maybe it is the second fastest, but that's not what the stats say. According to listed stats it is the slowest roller in the game.

My group used the Raptor exactly once, for five minutes. The whole time laughing at how hideous it looked, how horribly it handled, can't go uphill and wondering why the guy in the stand up seat has a targeting crosshair. Then I unequipped it and there it will stay, unused, until it is fixed.
