New Character

What exactly should I get when I make a new character ? I have the ultimate edition and all arkfall codes linked to console all I seem to get are the inventory spaces weapons and things bought from store, am I not supposed to get a basic lock box from codes and a tier 3 from u/e ?

Hi mate, you get everything accept the inventory spaces you bought and the lockboxes are a one time deal I'm afraid. I started a new player recently and enjoying the game so much more.

yeah I just made a character on the NA server and got everything I got for first EU character, except the stuff for arkfall codes, but I still don't know whether its just the first character that gets the tier 3 lockbox or all I make
