Has Nolan Contract recording been removed?

I found it yesterday, it's on the ground by a tree, and not on a crate like in the screenshots.

This one is no longer as shown in the image at http://www.defiancedata.com/data-recorder.php?id=30, as you come off the main road and pass the sign on your left there are 2 trees also on the left, it is in front of them

Ok... so even if you've completed all of the Season 1 Missions and Side Missions, you can STILL complete this. I had been searching for it, and the only resources (sites and YouTube videos) just said "Complete "The Manhunt" main quests... it's easy". Well, it wasn't that easy, since I'm pretty sure these Data Recorders were put in place AFTER we had completed the Missions.

The data recorder for Nolan Contract is no longer on the crates at the mission, since the mission is already complete. The data recorder can now be found on the ground near the same location, at the base of two trees.
