Ok so with all the problems with the:
Clan management
Clan Chat
Co-op Lobby issues, drop middle end join end drop no bonus
Network issues
Server DOD issues
Poor in house management
When did you get the bright idea to change the way text chat worked when it worked just fine.
The left D pad down D pad worked just fine. you could have put your efforts towards real bugs like dropped chat lobbies. no more enter and type what a mess
Clan management had errors --> double broken now not usable, when user comes online is now says "Joe blow has joined the clan" "joe blow has left the clan" you cant add members you cant invite new members. What now do we just dump the code now!!!!
Clan Chat real messed up now dig dig dig was simple. This was simple it worked just press enter if you had a key board and type. or use the add on key pad if you had one for Xbox. Not any more now. Guess you did not want people using that!!!
Chat server you don't even have the comprehension on setting up a chat server and inter connecting it with the game server so the load does not spike and shut it down. Let me guess you put that on the same server and that is why it is shutting down and you gave it a low priority. Then you told it to shut down when the server hit over 2 mips

Players expected more some more co-op play instead of just some single player fable why don't you put in a switch in next DLC to make the players not visible if your going to continue this route!!!!! I don’t need to see the other players if I cant player new story missions with them. Every thing is not PVP.
Hey - here is another big Idea bring back clan bonus's those brought in money to. You sure pissed off allot of people removing that. you use to get 7% and everyone in the clan got it and you did not have to feel bad about leaving people out
You could have added code to nerf the guns in PVP and left the PVE alone by adding some simple variables, instead you killed it for players who liked the PVE you think the whole game is PVP. Don't tell me this is not possible, just means your unwilling. You could have made a nerf list on the server for PVP / Challenge and added the weapon codes and nurfed a percentage of those weapons when in PVP / Challenge. They were just fine in the PVE

Why did we get green charge weapons in our DLC what a slap in the face. You went green why not white for that matter. Could you not have at least gone purple for the people with the season pass or orange to make the people feel better. No not you that would be and admission of guilt!!!

You server staff are lacking server management skills
I have 5 servers I manage that have scripts send sms to my phone on high loads that causes crashes with a remote access cards eth04. What do your people do fall a sleep in a chair till someone calls. I still manage to play XBox as much as I want
You data center did not even know they were offline. His comment "he lost connection with his tools set and was not able to connect whats wroung is there a number I he can contact me back at" my responce was no just get the servers back online.
They had no clue, the game is offline 40 minutes later the game back online.
Watching the communication between our systems the Xbox and the Defiance packet there are errors this is corrupting the Xbox Defiance cache. The best fix that we have come up with and this only fixes the issue for up to half a day till the user starts to see screen phantoms, and continuous disconnections..
once again tied back to your network or bad programing.
It is not an Xbox issue, the Xbox's stayed connected to XBL, the ISP never bounced. We have redundant connections with rollover backup and security routers and switches with firewalls.
To uses do not delete any game file this does not fix this issues
Temporary daily fix deletes all game play patch's and I mean all patch's for all games 1 time does not do it.
A temporary fix for this issue if your a die hard is go to system > storage > Y > delete system cache 3 times.
This forces the Xbox to dump all the downloaded patch's > load defiance it will tell you "an update is available size 5MB"
You should be good for about half a day...
if you don't get the "an update is available size 5MB" then you did it wrong do not delete any files this will not correct any cache issues cache is not stored in the game save directory. This will only cause a reload and will not resolve your issue…
This will fix most problems, this will not fix a problem if you have a 1 to 2 MB connection speed with VoIP, you need to upgrade your connection. VoIP takes 1MB and can take up to 2mb depending if you have cloud SIP or just simple SIP. Most ISP's are providing Cloud VoIP now as it provides so many other services now.

This is simple put a network analyzer on your network and watch you will see errors throw an Xbox up there put a few miles between it play and watch the errors and when you disconnect you will see the errors and what side it came from.
I am sure you SNMP-enabled you could enable logging out to a pc to find the issue with the packets. If you don't have this going by now you must not be interested in finding the problems.
By default this is DNS RESOLUTION is always enabled on servers most green server admins don't even bother to turn it off and consider it an issue. Did you even check to see if this was left enabled
This might be part of the issue here did you even think to shut down out side resolution your Name servers should only resolve domains on the sever and not answer outside resolutions, this also helps prevent sever spoofing, DDOS attacks
I am not going to put the server IP's or the name servers up here as it wont help the issue only add to the problem
