So, those of us still around, Remember the issues we had getting in game that first week?


Well. Seems like(big shocker here) another big title MMO is having launch issues. Keep in Mind that this is AFTER they shut the service down to change from the Original FFXIV to A realm Reborn.

Point being, no amount of time, or effort will stop issues from popping up. Your servers will not be able to transition smoothly from alpha/beta into release, because the traffic will be an order of magnitude higher. Bugs will crop up due to the system being influenced by outside stimuli.

Saw this a while back and felt it was an accurate description of what happens.

Pretty much yea, but I wouldn't bother trying to share this lil' gem of common sense to the masses. They spent a shiny penny on something and therefore are entitled to everything dreamt up in their borked lil' philosophy.

I know. This was more at the group of people at launch who decried people mentioning WOWs launch because it was forever ago.

That's what someone does when they don't really have a point to make or nor do they know what they're talking about.

At what point did you think that calling someone out, on your first post no less, can be construed as helpful? All Tyger said is that **** happens, deal with it.
