Regarding bonus weekend

So at one point last week I made a thread asking what kind of compensation will be given to players who purchased the season pass and charge pack for the very crappy way the DLC was rolled out on PS3. After working all weekend I come back on the forums to see that this past weekend was a bonus weekend basically to placate the PS3 players for the crap we've had to put up with. So here's my issue, I was delayed getting the DLC that I got by buying the season pass and now I don't get any sort of compensation for having to wait days to get the DLC? Is this the way Trion treats it's customers? I basically feel like I'm getting the very short end of the stick and if this is the way Trion does business this will be the last Trion product I ever buy. And yes with the majority of the games I purchase and play, I decided to purchase based on the studio making the game.

Let me see if I understand this. You alone were wronged and therefor they should have contacted you to see when the best time to do the Bonus weekend was? That is how this reads to me. I’m sorry that you missed out on the bonus weekend and I hope they do it again this weekend as one time does not make up for the crap we put up with. Good luck

I think you missed the whole point of the post Thomas. The point I'm getting at is ANYONE who purchased the season pass or charge pack were wronged. Then instead of giving some compensation to those players, Trion does a bonus weekend, which I'm willing to bet half the people who bought the pass or charge pack missed out on. So not only does Trion do nothing to placate the customers who spent their hard earned money on this game, but also basically slaps us in the face by giving everyone a bonus weekend.

I agree that they need to do more then a bonus weekend. What I'm not sure.

The whole subject really bothers me that they would make the ppl who paid more money for the season passes
wait a half week extra to get there "dlc" they should do something exclusively for those players

I had nothing to say that wasent already said n honestly I had hope in Trion but my money n time were wasted Iv been active on there fb tellin em whats wrong n its pretty obvious that they dnt read what there fans post/say

Trion has been giving less and less with problems on this game and it may just be stuff we should expect. The problems that the ps3 players faced were taken care of by the weekend compensation. Sometimes you miss things that happen in the games and the only thing you can do is contact Trion support, but I doubt they will do anything for you.

At least the ps3 community didnt really miss out on much with the dlc delay since it is still broken and doesn't offer much content.
