You guys are probably playing on the test servers. We were told earlier that the Alpha servers will remain live until an unspecified time. That's probably what you guys are playing on. They said official servers are yet to go live. Everyone will be on at the same time. Consider this practice time.

As noted above Lance James has tweeted it is last minute checks on the live servers, so its not the alpha..pretty sure this is legit (however I doubt it will be up for long and it will definately go down prior to the launch)
