PLEASE CLARIFY - What is the value difference of CE vs UE?

I have a few questions about UE vs CE ... How much is 1200 bits worth. Is that like $20 worth of store currency or what?

I think the problem allot of people are having is the inability to accurately determine the value of the Ultimate Edition vs the Collectors Edition because we don't know things like:
-What DLC refers to in an mmo (is that patches , Xpacs , New Content?)
-What could potentialy be inside of said Lock Box?
-How much $$$ is 1200 Bits worth?
-Can we see pictures of some of the contents of the CE vs the UE to have an accurate judgement of what edition we would like to buy?

For all i know now 1200 bits could be $5 worth of credits, the bag could be a cheap nylon messenger bag with a logo screen printed on the front, and the DLC could be something that isn't really necessary for the first year of owning the game. I hope this isnt the case but i dont know... none of us do, please clarify

I was about to ask the same exact questions, but you beat me to it. I really hope we get info soon because I do want to preorder the game but I also want to make sure if I spend $150 it's worth it.

yeah im either going to get the UE from gamestop or if its not worth it ill get the CE from BestBuy

Just as a recommendation, seeing as how limited the UE is. It could be beneficial to pre-order it and then cancel it if you decide it's not worth it. Seeing as they do not bill you until the shipping is processed.

Personally I knew I was going to want it so I pre-ordered it and will keep it either way. But I'm not exactly how "limited" they are.

Even tho I'm not a big fan of Gamestop, I can deal with them for the time being.

im not sure if anyone noticed but in case not the only difference other than the obvious is the UE is only available at gamestop.

but i think between the CE and the UE depending where you get it one of the wepons is exclusive to where you get it like GS has a spore gun you get BB might have a different one same for EB games(its not). but you never know.

and i dont think the lock box is like a treasure chest

EDIT: GS has it posted on there website you get the lock box for both CE and UE

and it would appear that if you get the CE or UE you revive a different title

This is my first visit to the forums, and I'm a bit behind possibly on news related to the game. I had been expecting there to be a subscription rate, and was glad to hear that is not true. However, the fact that the UE has a DLC pass has me wondering now what all the extras will be that we end up having to pay for with this game.

Any information about DLC would be good to know. Also, will this end up being a F2P micro-transaction model, with players having to pay for anything beyond just the base content? If so, is there any information thus far on any of that?

I've Also noticed that the Ultimate edition does not come with the custom color for vehicles. Hope you guys also add that to ultimate, as well as pictures of the physical content.

yeah now im looking at it and i think i might cancel both my gamestop orders and go best buy... they are more trust worthy.

Not to me. GameStop delivers to troops over seas and best buy does not. So GameStop will continue to get my support while I am stateside.
