What? I contacted a GM few days ago and asked, he said preordering from ANY retailer gives you the dodger.
When i made the purchase at g2play, it cleared stated i'd get the preorder bonuses.

No, what happened is the following
g2play.net has sent out 1 serial out to people (to some it was the game serial and to others it was the pre-order key). At this moment those with a game key will need to contact g2play to ask for the pre-order key (not sure if they get them or not) while those with a pre-order key need to wait till the morning (CET time) for g2play to get a game key.
overall, huge screw up with g2play.net atm.
Yup, as far as the 3rd party sites said, we all get pre order bonuses, and sledge said all retailers....so..i'm a little confused
If this is 100% correct, the shop never will see my money(in game)...

this isn't trion's issue. g2play.net has screwed up big time, not TW.
g2play most likely thought they only needed to hand out 1 key as it was a game key and figured they didn't need to do anything. So what happened is that first the game keys were handed out (and then, not realising they were pre-order keys) started to hand out the pre-order keys.
Instead of saying (just numbers) of 500 keys (including game + pre-order) they sold 1k keys (combined of game + pre-orders).
Once more, not TW's vault but g2play,net
