Digital Deluxe edition items

anyone else not recieve there DDE items yet, i ordered through steam and i don't have any of those rewards yet.

I didn't order through Steam, but I have ordered things through Steam in the past, and often if you right click Defiance in your game list and go to CD-KEY it may have a key in there that you need to put into your Trion account to unlock the items.

I ordered thru steam as well digital deluxe preorder. I dont see my in game items...ideas? (Im in game atm)

I ordered through Trion and i have all my digital pre-order and Ego rewards but I DO NOT have my digital Deluxe items. Anyone else having this issue?

if i delete char and remake to change my account name will i still have in game items available at the store?

Friend of mine and I both bought through steam , he has all his items i do not. All 3 Keys from Steam showing in transaction History on trion Account page.

You have to claim them from the store. Hit Esc and the then hold down the spacebar. Select the store and then look on the left bar for items that need to be claimed.

Only my Digital Deluxe items are not showing in claim, All arkfall codes and BASIC preorder things, and Steam tier rewards are showing, but not DDE items

Same here. Deluxe is showing on my account on website.
