When you are ingame make sure to go to the "Defiance Store". Down in the left corner there's "Claim Items". I hope it helps, but u guys might already know it.

Something weird also, on my manage games tab under Defiance..It shows the DD client, but under it , it says coming soon.. On my other Trion account that I pre-ordered several days after the my first account..It shows DD client..(no coming soon).

I do not have my Badlands Drifter title either, as well as the unique colored Dodge Charger, Ark hunter outfit, rocket launcher, +30 day xp and script boost, and VBI Shield.

I have been waiting in support que for almost 2 hours..

Same here. It seems as if Trion didn't active the DD codes yet.

any update on this? 2:15pm CST here and still no DD items.... I did receive the other pre-order items and the ark hunter code items, but not deluxe edition items...

btw, how do you enter a support ticket... is that in-game or through the web site here?

Yeah, looks like their live chat imploded. 500 error here. You might be able to send in something, but theres likely an enormous backlog and not enough people to work on it.

i pre ordered from Trion and i havent got any of them either. 2 tickets have been sent. hopefully they will sort it out soon. some people have got them but alot havent. im just enjoying being able to play.

Also purchsed the DDE from Trion and, unlike other preorder items these items still have not appeared.
Let's just hope they turn up before they become on the whole useless.
