Same issue here, no DD items, but I have claimed my pre-order items and my Ark Hunter items, so the only items I actually paid for, are missing

Hope they fix this soon, I want that outfit

I got my key for Defiance april 1st.

Bought DD from TRION on FEb 23 2013 and have no Digital Deluxe items in game... from all the previous posts, TRION needs to do the right thing , fix this **** and give us all an uber gift for putting up with their screw up...

Anyone missing stuff is their fault, not Trion's.

Granted, it was handled and communicated poorly, but I logged in last night and was able to claim every pre-order bonus.

There's only 2 steps you need to do. 1, make sure any CD Keys you get are entered into Trion's website when you log in. If they are not, you won't see anything to claim. Once you do, 2.. log into the game and they will be able to be claimed from the Defiance store, claim button is lower left side.

sent them an email as live chat wasnt working and still no responce and i sent it yesterday

I opened a live chat, took about 1h30 to get someone and they were able to give me most of the deluxe bonus, only missing the 30-days boost and the title which should be there in a few hours said the live chat rep.
