yeah i got the items from the pre order but not the reward bonuses which is weird

There's a third key been added to your CD Keys section in steam, input that on your Trion account.

i still ony have the two keys pre order and the standard edition.

Try leaving Steam and restarting. Keys dont alway appear when the client is active.

You need to accept the Rift reward in your Steam inbox and then you'll have access to the 3rd key

Try restarting Steam and then looking in the CD Key area. Several others have had the same problem and that worked as the key was released either sometime late yesterday or today and the list apparently doesn't update if the client is running.

Thanks for the info on the 3rd key.

I assume when it says Tier 3 key, it includes the first 2 ties as well rather then having individual keys for the first and second tier.

Once you log in, you have to go to the "Defiance Store" ingame, and in the lower left corner is a button to "claim items". Click it, and you should see all your pre-order titles and items in there. That's where I found my titles anyway.
