Problems linking account with my Ego account

Hi there!

I am currently playing defiance and may I say I am loving it!

I like many others have entered 120 codes for my arkfall bonus's.

I have linked my Ego account and it told me it was successfully linked to my console
But for some reason I have not received anything.

A friend of mine linked his account and got the goodies right away
in his claim items section of the defiance store.

But I have tried linking my accounts 3-4 times now and still nothing.

I wondered if anyone could guide me through how to get a new link code
or let me know if you are also having this issue?

But to answer your questions.

#1. First off how can you be playing the game when the servers aren't event turned on and the game doesn't release till 12am April 2nd.
#2. Two you can't link accounts yet because of statement #1.
#3. Your buddy's probably pulling your leg Because the servers don't switch on till 9pm PST.

You are wrong on so many levels, servers are up but some people including myself have problems to connect...

Unless they changed the times the servers are going up i suggest you look at the Dev tracker.

Slegdehammer70 stated servers are going up 12am EST which is 9pm PST dunno what that is GMT but you get the drift.
Second all the game are technically supposed to be launched 12am April 2nd. And yes i do know about people getting the game early (stares at all of great Britain)

So either I'm wrong in stating what a Dev has posted are you guys are. And then i found this.

A: Yes, this can very much be true. As we approach our real launch, servers may be up for extended times for testing and troubleshooting. Right now, we are working on unforeseen issues for EU PC and US PS3. So it’s working as intended, we are finding issues before launch, just as planned.

Q: Why is my server not up right now?
A: Simply because we focus different type of our people on different servers at any given time. They may or may not require them to be open. Often we want to see how it is under considerable (100s or 1000s) but not full load (100,000).

Q: Will you leave servers open when you are finished?
A: Yes as that’s very likely close to our launch time and we would like to spread the load of new players in the first hours.

Q: This is just a soft launch and you guys are screwing Europeans again
A: No, of course we’re not. As an Icelander I can faithfully say that we are not intentionally screwing anyone in Europe intentionally. You can look at our volcanoes and economic collapses as evidence of that. We are simply on long work hours in the last week and use every opportunity we have till launch to make it a better experience for you.

Q: But everyone is getting ahead of me!
A: I’m sure you’re skills are mad and your aim is true and that you will have no problems gaining a couple of hours on the couple of thousand that went in early, at risk of losing all their progress. They will also eventually need sleep so you will be able to catch them in their dreams. That statement was not intended to be creepy at all.

Q: F#$% amateurs not preloading or waiting for retail boxes to arrive
A: I have yet to master the skill of Omnipotence. Will be there shortly. In the meantime, we were not able to allow preload, pre-patching, pre-download on all platforms, in all territories through all retailers. We’re incredibly sorry for that. We’re doing everything we can still to make this happen.

Q: So is this a “soft launch”?
A: No, we do everything hard.

I may or may not add to this Q&A based on questions below my beloved but I'm pretty sure I'll be a bit busy still with this launch stuff.

just trying to get my arkfall bonus things :P

From what I have been told 5000 in otal but how true that is I dont know lol
but you do level up fast I was just over level 300 with hardly any effort by the end of the beta. :P

just gutted that I havent received my bonus's

Well congratulations for getting your game early you lucky bastage. Not that it doesn't hurt me for having to wait another 14+ hours because not enough peeps preordered the game for a midnight launch but i think i can handle it.

I think.
However all i'm doing is posting what the Devs have said for the past 4 days so technically I'm not wrong but then again I'm not 100% right either.

So do me a favor and kill some muties for me.
