I was getting around 0.25 mb/s but got an error a little bit ago, reloaded patcher and it totally reset my download progress but I am getting 1.30-1.50 mb/s now. Says around 2 hours to download it.

If you close your patcher it will redownload the ENTIRE THING from the very beginning. It doesn't continue from where you left off. It is ******ed.
Tried it, didnt reset my download and still at .12 - .15 mb/s
Name of the game is patience. I was sitting at 0.30-0.45 earlier but now I'm up to a more respectable 5.25. Still short of my max but at least I'll be done soon and out of the way for others to download.
what doesn't make sense is why they couldn't just use the beta client to begin with. I understand Alpha to Beta non-compliant but it wouldn't have been a big deal to patch over the beta client instead of requiring another 10g download. Speed isn't the issue. Its the constant restarting of the download that is pissing me off.
Starting to call BS on patience being the name of the game. Been downloading without error or issue for closing in on 5 hours now at ridiculously low speeds. not even close to done. still saying upwards of a day and change to complete.
