server issues?

Having the same problem. I did get the Create a Character screen, but I just restarted and he was there again, still down though.

I always restart the game when I end up in a crashfest, It normally fixes issues, except when the server actually crashes.

Diddo. I cant get my game to stay on very long here too recently, but today is the first time I cant get the game to reconnect. I haven't lost my character from what I can tell though.

I really hope we aren't going back to connectivity issues again!

I just got back in. I force closed the game and ended the process this time through the task manager. That seemed to do the trick.

Edit: I had lost my character also at one point trying to log in. But the next time it came back. That's definitely just a issue related to the server going down repeatedly right now.

Edit 2: Just went down again. So it's definitely not on our end.

At least my character is not lost. That part of the server is back up and running.

on a PC! Wants me to create a new Character. AGGH

Check which region your server is in when start the game. Happened to me (thought I had to create another character) and then I realized I wasn't on the north american server. So right when it wants you to patch it says in yellow (I think) what region you are in. Check that first.
