Clicked "Update" for 1.11 - Defiance removed from hard-drive.

So the bonus exp/loot weekend has been bad enough with all the lag and crashes...

But 1.11 was released sometime today (?), and after the servers crashed about an hour ago the option to update to 1.11 came up. The patch downloaded in a few seconds, but installation failed. Upon reloading the patcher, I find that the entire game has been removed from my hard-drive, leaving only the folders behind and it began downloading from scratch.

Whoever the idiot was that decided to roll out an untested patch during a bonus weekend needs to go back to their office, close the door, and swallow their monitor. Or die trying.

This happened to me a few patches ago and everyone said i was imagining it (like yeah iver forgotten where my desktop and ssd'd are and cant find a game on it!)

Be nice, they got rid of 99% of the team and it's just 1-2 guys left to do things now. I for one do not envy their position. People I have beef with is their upper management who are the sole reason why this game is so poorly made and now not really supported.

Also, I have actually a backup of my whole program files folder on my nass so I am covered, but I haven't had this problem so I gues I am lucky
