I completed the code redeemed and got 120/120 and i don't know how to get these on my ps3 account i find it abit confusing on what do next hope you can help.

After you get the game and have installed it you will create a character after wich. I believe you are given a unique code to enter into the ego system at the defiance website to link your character to the ego. After wich all. Codes unloocked will be credited to your hcaracter.

Me too, also my game free content isn't appearing in claim items, even though I have used the code.

i had the same thing. i just rebooted ps3 and now they are all listed in claim rewards section

Signing out of PSN and restarting game has fixed it for me.
