So anybody else not getting some of the Steam unlock awards?

Unlocks from Steam that I am not getting are:

- "Steam Powered" title
- +5 slot inventory slots
- A-Tex Growler vehicle
- Lock Box
- +5 additional inventory slots
- RM Nomad M4

So basically I have not received unlock reward 1 or 3. I did get the free copy of Storm Legion and I got the base offer for pre-ordering.

EDIT:

Okay found out that there is an additional CD Key you need to redeem for the unlocked tier rewards that was not present as of yesterday.
