@Phenomenon: have you tried playing with surge bolters? Or do they make the game too easy for you?
Never tested it out, but from what ive heard it sounds like a sniper rifle that really doesn't require precise aim... so I just kinda didn't care to try and find a good one to buy. My theory is, if im good with one thing, why switch to something easier

It is but there are always too few people sniping on pvp. Tek if people actually sniped and it was an issue I would consider using a higher capacity shield but why do that when there have been under 5 people who have killed me using the charge sniper.

Well, using a high capacity shield in PvP is never a bad idea, even if you don't face snipers. Personnaly, I know that would dare going in PvP with less than 1800 in shield capacity...
Too bad, it had such a great potential.

I use high capacity, cant really go wrong with that + fortitude. basically an extra 225 to your shield

Well, I'm sure some people have perfectly valid reasons for not using a Rhino or an Ironclad. But Thick Skinned is one of the most important perks for PvP, and it's a really, really bad idea to go into a match without it.

And Phenomenon: respect for not wanting to switch to something easier, but you should at least give it a try, just to see how it is. I find it to be a very fun weapon to play.

If I run across one that's decent enough to try out, I guess id give it a try

Very impressive. I remember back to when I was going for the headshot achievement, its not as easy to snipe in this game as it looks.

For headshots on moving targets its super easy compared to BF3 and about as easy as COD. As for getting mass body shots...I'll leave it at that

Decimas, Notturno, or Divulse(spelling) need to make a headshot montage i'm way too lazy.

yeah it takes a little practice, I think im gonna retire from pvp a little bit though, theres a core group of about 10-15 people in SW that literally just try to kill me with infectors and boomers and anything they can. I can kill them and all, just annoying, don't get to play the style I want to play.

Not really much you can do once those infectors start hitting you except regeneration perc + blur rushdown. For the boomers blastshield perc + bunny hop. Sometimes you just have to put the sniper down.

I wish SW pc had that many on the opposite team at all times.
