Just saw one today south of last chance and west of seascape farms, he was at a scrapper arkfall cleaning house.
It was cool, there were hellbugs and raiders there also, epic battle I must say

There is also one at the end of one of the permanent emergency thingies... I think Saint Quentyn? Not sure if it was that one.

But I hope they tone down the Volge emergency soon. I loved the variety we used to have.

yeah i hear ya...but i just miss the hulker emergencies...i knew where a few spawned at..but still loved getting paid for a normal emergency for killing a hulker...and then usually getting at least a blue item for it

I liked shooting him with the Reaper from the weapon shipment emergency Also fun showing up at an arkfall with that
