Worst launch ever! Hey Trion. Really no Customer Service for opening of your game

You didn't try to play Simcity I guess. That game is just broken. Launch was one of the worst in video gaming history.

Uh, the game offically launches April 2nd the person that was streaming has nothing to do with any official launch, Trion is likely getting all the resources prepped for tomorrow and some people have been able to get on and play, this is not uncommon for a major go live. Just sayin..

Like one of the devs said , this is what they would calla soft launch , and then indicated tot est the servers and tweak it out a bit , something along them lines so they can have a smooth launch how ever there have been a few issues which if they allowed every one in atm it would be a **** storm of complaints that they would rather patch before the official launch , kudos to trion worlds for trying to buffer a smooth launch :

At least you can log in. I'm being told that the game I downloaded directly from Trion online (Digi-deluxe) is not entitled to play Defiance. I like to think that my $100 should give me at least something resembling access to the game. I downloaded a standard version for my son and that's working fine... logged in, patched etc. Makes me sad.

Ya may not want to say stuff like that when your sig is an advertisement for another product, free or not. Sort of gives off a bad impression.

Anywho's Trion normally has great CS. But what the OP is referring too is not an issue with his DEFIANCE account but with his TRION WORLDS account. The same account he would use to play Rift. So this issue would have existed any time up to this point and well yea...maybe should have been addressed earlier.
