Worst launch ever! Hey Trion. Really no Customer Service for opening of your game

OMG how can a game be launched and have no customer service available. I paid 140 dollars the game is going and /I'm going too be forced to wait till 8 am tomorrow to play. And you would think that there would be another way to get your security passwords other than chatting with a live person. you figured that maybe they should have set it up so they could be E-mailed to your Email address that is connected to your account.

Dude, the game doesn't officially launch for another hour and a half. You still have time to make it to the pharmacy for the valium prescription if you hurry.

At least you can log in. I'm being told that the game I downloaded directly from Trion online (Digi-deluxe) is not entitled to play Defiance. I like to think that my $100 should give me at least something resembling access to the game. I downloaded a standard version for my son and that's working fine... logged in, patched etc. Makes me sad.

Have him log into his account on your PC. Download and patch the game. Then just log in with your account after the launch. /win
