doesn't do any good i'm still timing out just as much and quite frankly sick of trying for a kill shot and getting kicked out everytime there is a scrapper arkfall

try resetting your router and cable modem,
this does wonders for me when lag creeps in.

I used to get dropped about 1-2 times every few hours
using this technique I now play 4-6 hours without a single disconnect.
try it, it just may help you too.

i'll give it a try but honestly man it's scrapper arkfalls when it's almost over i get booted out. have for like 3 weeks now no matter what i try

ill tell ya what helped me "Port Forwarding" my PS3 look it up it basically makes it where instead of your Computer Receiving the Strongest Signal from your Router its Your PS3.

this can indeed help as well since I did the same thing
only I did this as soon as I got my 1st ps3 (two other computers on the network)
so off the bat I decided I wanted the ps3 to have priority signal strength.

the router and modem resets help too. I just finished a scrapper arkfall
directly after a pvp match and a co-op map and had not a bit of lag.

its trions servers, even if you do al that it wont work(for those that it did work for it was probably becuase you got off the game long enough to where when you logged in it landed you in a different server)

For me if you get kicked instead of trying to log right back in, and getting the unavailable server message, exit the whole game and start it back up again, it only takes a min for it to get to the main screen anyway, it will instantly get you back in the server and depending on where you where before getting kicked it'll will give you a fair amount of time before giving the boot again.

the fact that the only time i get kicked is right at the end of a major arkfall or a seige whenever a bunch of randoms gather at that spot so fast tells me their servers cant handle it and compensates for it by booting others, i can easilly avoid it by just moving out of the area and waiting for a few seconds and running back to where the server has enough time to handle that many ppl gathering at once, but thats ******** im trying to get the top score, i hate having to stop killing and run away just to make sure i dont get the boot.

Dude it works. I was actually in the thick of a Major Arkfall when I noticed all of the effects that precede a disconnect. I left the area and hung out next to the ammo box until my dashboard map went back to normal. I rejoined and was able to collect my rewards. I may not come in first anymore, but 2nd and third yield the same rewards.

Well I turn off any other electronic that is connected to my router when I play, still get booted every hour or so. Meh, restart and play or do something else, depends on how many times I have had to do it that day.

once I did the port forwarding
and the router/modem reset I have not had lag since nor do I get dropped
(I reset my modem and router weekly and this seems to have taken care of my problem)

I did 8 arkfalls last night (in a row) then did 3 pvp matches for the daily contract
and did not drop the whole time (about six hours)
