buying bits broken?

i have tried to buy bits at least 20 times and only once was it able to work, anyone else having the issue? this is the message i get

With the prices in the store being so high, you might not want to buy any bits. I for one am not. I don't like when I have to buy more then one block of bits to get things in the store. It seems every price was doubled or more.

I would have been happy to use bits and the store with beta 3 prices. No way I will pay this much for stuff in the store now.

Whoa.. They really went that route? That's got the taint of EA written all over it, I hope that's not true.

works fine for me 5200 bits for 50 bucks,thats about on par with most other games..

50 bucks for a game most have paid 100-150 for already is a total rip off

If it was free to play, than fair enough. But I refuse to pay for a game, than pay more to get an advantage in the game

If they make this pay to win, I will be really pissed off

How are the prices bad? Just looking at the first two

$5 for 400bits, $20 for 1,800bits.

Most things seem to be 400bits or less. Hell you can get +15 inventory slots for less than 400bits.
1,800 bits can get you an outfit (One of the expensive ones), a headgear (one of the cheaper ones), +15 slots and +10 slots and you still have 40bits or more left.

Lock boxes I wouldn't advice buying with bits. You can get them with in game currency fairly easy.

Personally I don't see anything anyone would "Need" from the store, its pretty much a GW2 type of shop. Fluff and convenience items. So its optional to use it in the first place, secondly the prices seem to be on par with or lower than most others.

I just don't see the problem some seem to see.

The servers are up now for final testing and could be taken down at any time prior to official release. The official release is in 1-4hr
