Really its mainly about the invisibility skill. While invisible you get a Percentile of extra damage boost. My question is does this boost last the whole duration whether you are constantly firing or not?, Or do you have to fire and then wait to go invisible and fire once not seen just to get the boost?

I'm pretty sure you have to wait until you're completely invisible again, therefore making it more efficient with the sniper (as it only fires one powerful shot at a time).
I think the damage bonus is "while cloaked" therefore if you were constantly firing, you wouldn't be cloaked apart from when firing the first shot of an automatic weapon.

Try shadowed strike + sucker punch = OP

I recently added shadowed strike to my loadout and it makes zero difference. Tested it many times and i get the same damage without using cloak at all as when I fire from in cloak.

If anyone actually has it working i'd like to know. I didnt use a sniper I used a rocket launcher. Maybe it only works with sniper guns and just doesnt say it. Or maybe its bugged and some weapons it doesnt work with.

Mine is also on the PC though but this was the only thread I found with any mention of the skill when I searched the forums.

I've been using the Over Power skill for the entire game and while I really like it during PvE I really wish that it either refilled some portion of shields when it triggers or offered a little damage resistance while active. I'd prefer the latter because it seems like once it triggers you need to expose yourself to enemy fire in order to actually use it.
