Spend 50 bucks. As soon as you do a sale will pop up. May take 2-3 days but this has been the case that a buddy and I have found. �� The bits should definitely be on sale all the time at about double the bits for the price they are now.

As expensive as the store is they'd have to change it to a permanent $1/1,000 bits exchange to get anymore of my money. I've already spent far too much on boosts only to lose them to unscheduled downtime as is. It never failed...buy a days worth of boosts for myself and my clan and *bam*...server goes down until I go to work only to come back up the next morning leaving me with about 11 minutes of boost. /gamer rage followed by /facepalm

you could've gotten those bits refunded. It's a valid argument.

Tried getting the bits back or just the boost counter reset...no go for either. In game support and customer service both said to re-read the TOS. I was told TRION is under no obligation to reimburse a customer with lost bits or bit purchases because of some kind of "Buy at your own risk" bullshtako. The point is moot now anyway as I've already vowed not to spend anymore real money on this game in its current state and that I only plan to play it a little after each of the first 5 DLCs come out (stupid season pass. lol).
