Also, Hope JxSin sees this and adds it to his useful guides post.
It is the stalker syn[2](*1.10) I am refering to but you can get a *1.15 range from legendary bonus. Going to try to get the range/falloff right now it looks a bit too powerfull but I can't nail the calulation to get it right to follow the normal damage curve.

Is there any way to check to see if the first [1] and second [2] perks of the stalker synergy stack? I have heard reports of preparedness giving you a 3% ammo recharge for having two preparedness mods.

I can try to get my hands on two of the same weapon with stalker syn and see if they stack or not but I don't think they do.

Did a test with out genrating the values for mods took some time and is only +5 falloff insted of +8 and damage *1.05 insted of *1.07 at least now I got some data so I can fix the others so they are genrated with more correct values.

Out of curiosity, how are you getting these values? Are you datamining client-side files or actually testing in-game? If the latter, how are you measuring range?

Your work is much appreciated, Thanks!

But I'm curious, Is this what a "numbers geek" (and I say that lovingly) does when he hits EGO 5000.

Or is this what you do instead of hitting 5000.

Seriously I love people who do what you do. I always followed them in forums in WOW, Rift and EVE, there's less of you in Defiance and I miss that. And yes I know why there are less, its alot harder to collect data by experimenting than it is to datamine.

    Keep doing what you do!

I think chilipino is talking about 2 stalker mods on one weapon. If it works like the Rolling Thunder mag bonus, you get 5% for the first mod, plus 10% more for the second so Stalker weapons probably give a 15% bonus with 2 mods.

Finaly I think I got it abit more correct now. I hadde to do a shot from 45 to 85 it took some time then I made it count backword the rows/coloums it to get the right value might still be off by 1 damage or so also need to check out if stalker mod[2] is *1.15 or *1.10 as I am using that value now.

I had always assumed it was +8 percent to the distance before full damage started dropping off, but from your chart it looks like it means +8 yards or meters. In the chart for the FRC Heavy Assault Carbine with the baseline gun damage starts dropping at 45, with the Falloff mod it extends to 53. In itself this is useful to know.

Thanks for taking the time to do this, I've found it both helpful and informative.
