What is been done about the poor chat ?

So... are we stuck with the terrible chat system?
This is no way an improvement over the last chat- in fact its a downgrade?
Who do you have working on it?

As there is STILL 0% social aspect to this game?

Can we expect a professional to update and renew this chat system so its a PROPER chat system- or you abandoned this game to the rubbish pile?

Doesn't look like anything is being done about it, just look at the multiple threads about it, not one reply from anyone in charge.
Looks like they simply decided to completely ignore the issue.

The state of the chat channels is one of the reasons I've currently stopped playing the game. It basically killed the community before it ever had a chance to really grow. Why Trion ever thought that a chat system this bad would ever be exceptable in an mmo, especially for the PC gamers is beyond me.
