They're giving everyone who bought a mod hoard box a T4 box so hopefully they can give scrip back. I really do like this change though, and I only had 300k or I would have been in the same boat.

I bought a hoard mod box.. I haven't received a T4 box???? Wow.. no wonder they can't keep devs at Trion. I wouldn't even hire anyone who got booted from there if I were "successful" gameing franchise. I wouldn't want inexperienced Devs working for me.

This reminds me of the ninja update when car prices became inflated. Trion honestly has no clue how to manage an economy for an MMO, that much is blatantly obvious at this point.

I have to agree. The price slash is BULL ****. Nothing is scared in Defiance. Even something as little as this.

There is not much separating players as is. I liked the idea of jacking prices up for the most sought mods and these newly unique weapons. And the Thorn Lero weapons being as high priced as they were made something special that was universal to show off.

Im happy that I didn't spend 500k..not like it would of mattered since I would still be left with 500k lol. But in a way at the same time The Legendry Blade is not going to be anything special since everyone is now going to be able to have one. The price of which it had, 500k is something that seemed reserved for prominent players. The ones who play daily to gain 500k scrip to spend on a sword.

It is a slap in the face to the players who already bought them, and changes where done so just to please the whiners who barely play just so they can buy the blade and never use it...

Thumbs down on this one Trion. I rather spend 500k on the sword then it get reduced in price. But I guess this is smart business. No one could afford the in game swords which means no one is buying Bit-Store Sword Mods.

What's funny is that the forum rule changes make a lot more sense when information like this is provided suddenly with no mention of compensation for players, yet those that purchased mod hoards are getting tier 4's. Trion has things so backwards I think we should start calling them Noirt.

Today's Server Update from TRION did the following for Thorn Liro Store

The Orange blade is now 750 Rep and 15,000 script instead of 1000 Rep and 500,000 script. Other weapons are similarly reduced in Script / Rep cost.

The Titles now cost less script as well, but now cost a ton TON more Rep. The one that used to cost 250 Rep now costs 1000 Rep, and the rest are similarly jacked up.

My thought is TRION realized when people get that Orange sword (like I did), they buy BITS to buy color mods for that sword and the Script price was a barrier to more people spending money buying the cosmetic sword color thing.

I have no idea why they jacked up the title purchase costs. I had only one left which I could have picked up for 200 Rep yesterday, but today and onwards it will cost 750 Rep.

I am also a little peeved about 500,000 script cost I paid for the orange sword < 2 weeks back and now they just charging 15k. Good change, but maybe they need to return some of my script they charged.

I really dislike TRION. I don't see myself ever getting any other TRION game again.

F... it I am out of here.
