The price should never have changed. The weapon has lost all exclusivity. It was because of the difficulty to acquire this weapon that I also spent bits to mod it. Not only have I been cheated out of 250rep, 485,000 scrip, but I feel I was also scammed for 660 bits. I would have never paid to alter the color of a weapon that only costs 15,000 scrip.

Oh, I agree! All I'm saying is if they wanted to lower the price it should have only been by 100-200k at most. And yeah, I'm starting to regret buying the green mod for it too. I wish there was at least something that would show that you paid 500k for it. Maybe a small stat increase, or even some kind of symbol for people to see next to the name. Something that sets it apart from the 15k version at the very least.

I would like to report a scammer. I think his name was trion he scammed me out of 485k
You could have paid $50 for Defiance at the release date...or you could have bought it for $10 on Steam now. I'd expect the same works for in-game products. People who buy early almost always pay for the privilege.
I did pay 60 at release and I did make it to 4k ego(for perks) and I did buy exorbitant mod slots. and I also rolled with the 500k. and what did I get ................................
ty no applause please. and btw go f@%^$ yourself
Uh, exclusivity and enjoyment of a product early?
I wanted a Charge Blade for my Castithian toon from the very start...but it was out of my price range and gaming skill/grinding patience capacities. So I had to wait for the price to go down. It's probably still out of reach, as I have no patience to wade through the stupid arenas for the rep (note that I don't know what the prereqs are exactly for the new blade price). But I do appreciate a new combat play style being a bit more within reach. Exclusive items should be fancy or high-powered...not the sole method of experiencing a new game mechanic. Those should be available to all players, IMHO.
