I think he maybe bought a digital one thinking he'd get the goodies then realized too late that it was for the physical copies of the game only.

If you paid any more than $5.00 dollars it was not worth it.

I've got 1000 hours into this game, and that's not counting the beta or the alpha. That's as much, and probably more, hours than I have in BL1 and BL2 combined. So it's been worth the buy in for me despite the fact that I'm now pretty bored and annoyed with it.
