Found a pic of the new Ultimate Edition Contents

I got mine through my Gamestop store, and i got everything we can see here except for...

My exclusive Gamestop sporeshot infector
And... We get Full access to all DLC from season one??
I dont have that at all in my account, and nowhere to be found.

So i am asking now:

For those like me who bought the Ultimate Edition, how do we get the Gamestop exclusive gun, and how do we get the DLC full access of season one?

look on the receipt it's a big code on the back that
has to be entered at the website then you will get your goodies.
(not the PSN Store the Defiance website)

Hi, I'm new to Defiance (received it today) I bought the Ultimate Edition from Amazon but the code on the the back of the user manual doesn't work. It says that the code is either wrong or has expired. In the past I've received the DLC codes via email from Amazon on the day that I'm charged but not this time, should I contact Amazon? or Trion?

Trion if the manual was inside the actual boxed game. Make sure to have a copy of your order receipt with amazon too in your mail/chat with Trion.

Make sure you're entering the code correctly. Many a time I have been defeated by the 8/B dilemma.

Thank you for the help, I'm now talking with someone and I hope I can get it sorted. Yeah I've had the 8/B dilemma before CyrusKhane but I tried both, thanks for your input though
