LF: Legendary regen shield

A friend is hunting for an orange regen shield, 4000 ego or less is preferred but will still look at higher ones. A tachyon or a rhino would be best. Post of PM me any stats.

Ironclad Rearm V EX (Ego 3835)
+1% ammo regen when shield break. Cooldown: 5 seconds.
Cap: 1971
Recharge/sec: 10%
Recharge delay: 6.

FRC Incubator (Ego 3530)
Outlaw synergy. Mastery unknown.
X1.10 mag. 15% grenade recharge on kill. X1.25 mag.
Melee: radiation.
