So then why was a certain time (about 1.5 hours before this post) listed as official launch times if they were in fact restarting closed beta phase 1...?

The servers are up, some folks, myself included, always receive this error. I submitted a ticket and got an e-mailback about 20 minutes ago. It indicated I was to change my password using the "change password" link at the bottom of the Trion page. Unfortunately this process is borked as it doesn't recognize either...my password, or the answer to my secret questions. If I try to change my password using the "forgot password" link in the patcher it recognizes both, my password and the answer to my secret questions and even sends a nice little e-mail saying my password was changed...but it isn't. Same old pass word still logs me into the web site and the login on the patcher...

still dunno why people have to ***** around at every game launch. Steam Versions ain't even activated to download the client yet. Since you can't upgrade beta clients you need to wait till steam decides...hey it's launch

And for the records, on most game launches people always complain about publisher/devs bringing in money discussions and stuff. But then...where else would you spend your money? Most people complain because they ***n live in an online world :P

Dhoro... you can download the client from Trion's site... I have the steam version and once you input your codes you can freely download it there. And I can spend my money many places.

Danio, were you able to get into the game by changing your password or have you not tried it yet?

I can't actually change my password. If ya read my post, the link they want you to use won't recognize the answer to your secret question. If you use the link from the patcher, it will recognize it, but won't actually change it...

Thanks but it won't work, since the EU Steam version has not yet given out any keys. So i have to wait till it's "launched" on steam. Yet i appreciate the input
